หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and update production schedules by analyzing customer orders, raw material availability, and production capacity.
• Monitor daily production status and lead weekly coordination meetings with relevant departments to ensure plans are on track.
• Record and maintain accurate data on production procedures, efficiency, and timelines to support continuous improvement.
• Analyze production processes in collaboration with the production team to enhance machine efficiency and reduce costs.
• Proactively coordinate solutions for issues impacting production, such as machine downtime or manpower shortages, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Manage and revise production schedules to accommodate urgent orders by re-prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly production reports, detailing performance, challenges, and solutions for management review.
• Monitor and control the consumption of raw materials and other resources to ensure efficiency.
• Create and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring a thorough understanding of its structure for accurate planning and inventory control.
• Perform other assigned duties to support the department's operational goals.
